About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, personable and commercially aware Treatment Coordinator (TCO) to join our growing dental team

As a key part of the patient journey, you will be responsible for supporting patients from their initial enquiry and consultation through to accepting and commencing treatment. You will build strong relationships with patients, help them understand their treatment options and ensure they feel confident and supported throughout their experience with us.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced TCO, dental nurse or dental professional with excellent communication skills who is looking to develop their career in a patient-focused and commercially successful practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and build rapport with new and existing patients.
• Guide patients through their treatment journey from consultation to treatment acceptance.
• Discuss treatment plans clearly and confidently, ensuring patients understand their options, benefits, costs and next steps.
• Support clinicians during consultations and help facilitate effective treatment discussions.
• Follow up treatment plans and enquiries to maximise patient engagement and conversion.
• Maintain regular communication with patients by phone, email and other appropriate channels.
• Coordinate appointments and ensure a smooth transition from consultation to treatment.
• Discuss finance options and payment arrangements where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Work closely with dentists, practice managers, nurses and reception teams to ensure an exceptional patient journey.
• Monitor treatment acceptance, enquiries and other relevant KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient experience and treatment uptake.
• Handle patient questions and concerns professionally and sensitively.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the practices.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced as a Treatment Coordinator, or has relevant dental experience and is keen to develop into a TCO role.
• Warm, approachable and genuinely passionate about helping patients.
• An excellent communicator who can explain complex information in a simple and reassuring way.
• Confident discussing treatment plans and associated costs.
• Comfortable having conversations around finance and treatment investment.
• Organised and able to manage multiple patients and follow-ups effectively.
• Motivated by delivering excellent patient experiences and achieving results.
• Commercially aware without compromising patient care or trust.
• Confident working alongside clinicians and the wider practice team.
• Professional, reliable and enthusiastic.
• Flexible and willing to work across both Glasgow locations.
