Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator (TCO)

Location: Tooth Dr, Basildon

Position: Part-Time (4 days per week)

Are you a friendly, organised, and patient-focused individual looking to join a modern, growing dental practice? Tooth Dr Basildon is seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator (TCO) to become an integral part of our team.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional patient experience while helping guide patients through their treatment journey with confidence and care.

What You'll Be Doing

* Welcoming patients and providing outstanding customer service.

* Managing appointments, phone calls, emails, and patient enquiries.

* Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the reception.

* Coordinating treatment plans and helping patients understand their options.

* Discussing treatment costs and finance options where appropriate.

* Liaising with clinicians to ensure a seamless patient journey.

* Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with practice procedures.

* Building strong relationships with patients and encouraging long-term loyalty.

* Familiar with SOE/Exact software (preferred but not essential).
