Duties

- Answer phone calls promptly and direct enquiries appropriately
- Maintain accurate records using IT systems and ensure confidentiality
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organising schedules
- Provide information about services offered and support patients with their needs
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, welcoming, and well-stocked with necessary materials
Qualifications
- Prior experience in patient care or healthcare settings
- Proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic IT skills, including familiarity with scheduling software and data entry programmes
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Patience, empathy, and a caring attitude towards patients and visitors
- Good organisational skills to prioritise duties effectively
