Dual-Site Dental Practice Manager – Edinburgh

Location: Edinburgh – dual-site role

Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:30am–5:30pm; Friday 8:30am–4:00pm

The Role

We are looking for an experienced, motivated and organised Dual-Site Dental Practice Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day management and performance of two of our dental practices in Edinburgh.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident practice manager who enjoys leading teams, maintaining high clinical and operational standards, and creating an exceptional experience for both patients and staff.

Working across two sites, you will play a key role in ensuring both practices run efficiently, safely and commercially, while supporting and developing your teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of both dental practices.
• Lead, motivate and support practice teams across both sites.
• Ensure excellent patient care and a consistently high level of customer service.
• Manage staffing, rotas, recruitment, onboarding and performance.
• Monitor practice performance, KPIs and commercial results.
• Ensure compliance with relevant dental, health & safety and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain high standards of clinical governance, infection control and practice presentation.
• Support dentists, dental nurses, reception teams and other practice staff.
• Manage patient feedback and resolve complaints professionally and effectively.
• Oversee stock control, suppliers, equipment and general facilities management.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and patient experience.
• Work closely with the wider management team to achieve business objectives.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• An experienced dental practice manager, ideally with experience managing a busy practice or multiple sites.
• GDC registered
• A strong and confident people leader who can inspire and develop a team.
• Highly organised, proactive and commercially aware.
• Comfortable working across two locations and managing competing priorities.
• Passionate about delivering excellent patient care.
• Confident dealing with staff, patients, clinicians and external stakeholders.
• Knowledgeable about dental practice compliance and regulatory requirements.
• A strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Positive, approachable and able to lead by example.
