About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, motivated and commercially minded Dual-Site Dental Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations across two busy dental practices in Glasgow.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Practice Manager or an experienced dental professional ready to take the next step in their career. You will play a key role in ensuring both practices operate efficiently, deliver an exceptional patient experience and provide a positive, supportive environment for our teams.
Working across two sites, you will need to be organised, adaptable and confident managing competing priorities, while maintaining strong relationships with clinicians, staff, patients and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Take overall responsibility for the operational management of both dental practices.
* Lead, motivate and support the practice teams, fostering a positive and high-performing culture.
* Manage staffing, rotas, recruitment, onboarding, training and performance.
* Ensure both practices meet all relevant GDC, regulatory, health & safety and compliance requirements.
* Maintain high standards of clinical governance, infection prevention and practice protocols.
* Monitor practice performance, KPIs and financial targets, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Oversee patient experience, complaints and feedback, ensuring issues are dealt with promptly and professionally.
* Work closely with dentists, hygienists, nurses and other clinical colleagues to support effective delivery of care.
* Manage suppliers, contractors, stock levels and practice resources.
* Identify operational efficiencies and implement improvements across both sites.
* Ensure policies, procedures and records are maintained accurately and consistently.
* Support marketing and business development initiatives to increase patient retention and practice growth.
* Act as a visible and approachable leader across both locations.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in dental practice management, ideally with experience managing a busy practice or multiple sites.
* A confident and effective people leader who can inspire and develop a team.
* Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
* Commercially aware, with an understanding of practice performance and KPIs.
* Confident dealing with patients, clinicians and colleagues at all levels.
* Comfortable managing challenging situations and resolving problems constructively.
* Knowledgeable about dental compliance and regulatory requirements.
* A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Flexible and willing to work across both Glasgow locations.
* Passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and creating an excellent patient journey.
